These drawings explore the changing elements of nature and the impact it has on the local environment through the use of digital media.

Drawn using an iPod/iPad, they play on the immediacy of technology to create fleeting moments in time which are influenced by the daily journeys I take from the countryside into the city.

Observing the landscape as I travel, I’m interested in exploring the theatrical/dramatic influence of light and the enveloping effect the natural elements have on our surroundings; moments in time when the natural forces are at their most expressive, yet in an urban world can be often overlooked.
